Bought the espresso machine today!

I am pleased to be the only owner of the esteemed Racilio Classe 6 espresso machine in the entire West LA area! Entirely made in Italy and virtually bulletproof, this thing is the best.

June 14th update

So in the coming couple of weeks there should be more to report, but the current status of the cafe is; I am 90% of the way through the permit process (which has been the hold up) and on Monday I should have the final details from the contractor so we can start the heavy construction. Once this begins it should come together fast.

In the meantime, the sign is being finalized, the menu has been made, various vendors are on board and I have an important meeting at Supreme Bean in North Hollywood on Wednesday to order the almighty espresso machine and water filtration system.
